Description
The company KLEPÁČ Production, s.r.o. has long been engaged in the development and production of components for the electrical and automotive industries, where it primarily performs very precise machining of soft metals and special alloys. The subject of the proposed project is the acquisition of machinery in the form of a 3D Scanner, which will enable the company to gradually implement automation and digitalization elements into production. The current production potential and know-how are at a very high level, however, the company is not able to verify the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured parts and subsequently guarantee it to individual suppliers. This means that the company is losing the opportunity to bid for very demanding orders with higher added value. A modern 3D Scanner will allow measuring complex parts with the required accuracy and guaranteeing individual customers a step with drawing documentation.

Description
The company KLEPÁČ Production, s.r.o. is one of the modern engineering companies focusing on precise CNC machining. With regard to the power consumption of individual devices, the company consumes a significant amount of electricity, which is taken from the distribution network. The company therefore decided to purchase a PV plant with an output of 96.6 kWp. This will reduce operating costs, save energy with a positive impact on the environment.

Description
The aim of the project of KLEPÁČ Production, s.r.o. is to expand data management with advanced MES (manufacturing information system), APS (advanced planning system) and personalized attendance system. A very important element for the development of the company is also the shift to robotization of partial operations and the introduction of tool registration and their intelligent storage through Kardex systems. The place of implementation is the premises at Ericha Roučky 2623/6, 678 01 Blansko.
